Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
  • 5+ years of working experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
  • Knowledge of employment and wage laws.
  • Compensation and benefits management.
  • Employee engagement and organizational development.
  • Develop and manage compensation strategies to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits offerings.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to align compensation packages with industry standards.
  • Oversee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Lead annual compensation reviews, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Oversee annual compensation and benefits assessments, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive programs.
  • Maintain and evolve job descriptions and salary structures to align with organizational growth and changes.
  • Proficient in PC applications, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and compliance requirements.
