Our Administrative Assistants play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our facilities. They are responsible for supporting our GM's in all administrative functions as well as helping with critical HR functions including hiring, onboarding, payroll, and training administration. Pay Rate: $21.50 /hour

Weekly Schedule:

  • Full Time
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities of Administrative Assistants:

  • Perform clerical duties including, but not limited to, filing, report preparation, and phone coverage
  • Schedule and conduct interviews for various hourly positions
  • Assist in processing new hire preemployment screening and paperwork including drug screening, background checks, DOT physical and I9 paperwork
  • Assist in payroll tasks, including entering job changes, schedule creation and correction of timesheets
  • Support the execution of various training and onboarding initiatives
  • Order uniforms and supplies for the property on an as-needed basis
  • Review and submit invoices for processing
  • Prepare Spot Club card information by stuffing envelopes and organizing
  • Follow all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook and Gold Standards
  • Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management, especially during downtimes

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience of Administrative Assistants:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of prior administrative assistance experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • A solid employment record and previous customer service experience preferred
  • Must be able to maintain a smile and courteous disposition toward external and internal customers
