Randstad is supporting a large financial firm who is looking for a Talent Advisor to support their Corporate Risk portfolio, driving full-cycle recruitment while acting as a trusted partner to hiring leaders and HR teams.

In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in corporate risk and banking recruitment to source, assess, and secure high-caliber candidates who align with both job requirements and organizational culture. You’ll develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience from first contact to onboarding.

salary: $37.87 - $42 per hour

Responsibilities

• Act as a Talent Advisor for the Corporate Risk portfolio, with knowledge of the organization and external markets of the businesses supported.
• Source and attract top talent with previous relevant experience in Corporate Risk
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Screen and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational fit.
• Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to select the best candidates for the Risk teams.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and expectations for Risk roles.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media (LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge preferred), and professional organizations, to find potential candidates.
