Position Details:

The Senior Compensation & Payroll Analyst supports the compensation and payroll teams by providing critical data analysis, auditing, and reporting to drive equitable, informed, and strategic decisions. This role plays a key part in ERP systems support, maintaining compensation and payroll data integrity, producing compensation and payroll dashboards/metrics, supporting annual wage adjustments (base wage, bonus, COLA, merit, parity), and delivering insights that strengthen the employee experience across our workforce. The Senior Compensation & Payroll Analyst partners closely with the Executive Director, Compensation & Payroll on special projects and to ensure regulatory compliance with wage and hour laws across the organization.

Earn: $80,000-$90,000

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Serivces, Business Administration, Finance, or related field and 3+ years directly related experience OR 7+ years directly related experience in an HR field
  • Demonstrated experience with an ERP/HRIS system and the ability to serve as a systems liaison or functional lead
  • Strong understanding of wage and hour laws
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Ability to create, implement, and maintain efficient and solution driven business processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, and other methods to analyze and interpret data)
  • Ability to set priorities and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
