Summary of Job: Organize and execute various recruiting initiatives to fulfill the seasonal staffing needs for our theme park.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and attend local recruitment fairs
- Assist pending employees through the I9 Paperwork Process
- Conduct interviews for certain seasonal job positions
- Responsible for developing, organizing, and executing recruiting programs for all Seasonal team members
- Facilitate and attend high school and university hiring events
- Responsible for organizing and implementing seasonal job fairs/community events
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Age: 18+
- Valid Drivers License is a plus
- Looking to fill shifts varying between the hours of 8:30am-7:30pm. Weekends are a must.
- Have strong verbal and written skills.
- Have computer knowledge with different programs
- Be able to pay attention to details
- Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
- Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
