Generalist - Human Resources (Recruiter)

In partnership with the entire ProAmpac Human Resources Team, the Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist will be responsible to maintain, support, and enhance the organization's talent, culture and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders. They will have responsibility to execute HR processes, policies and programs.

• Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Assist with onrientation and retention activities while following all federal, local and company requirements
  • Approach role with an analytical/data-driven mindset to track and identify areas of improvement
  • All other duties as assigned

  Qualifications

  • Three plus (3+) years of recruitment in a manufacturing or agency setting
  • Previous agency recruiting experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify opportunities, develop solutions and/or options

• High School or better
