Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire HR operation to establish and enhance compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Supervise all aspects of HR including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance
- Manage budgeting for HR functions, including payroll, onboarding, and development programs
- Maintain open communication with members of leadership regarding any issues, questions and/or concerns that need clarification or need to be addressed
- Develop KPIs to measure the performance of the HR processes
- Bring new ideas to leadership to further enhance a positive work environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our employee morale
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR policies with the companys strategic goals
- Conduct market analysis, analyze organizational trends, and oversee recruitment and retention efforts to effectively and efficiently source and select top healthcare talent
- Implement training and professional development programs to enhance staff growth and satisfaction
- Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive employee success
- Displays strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assist employees with HR related concerns
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Maintain current knowledge and application of all relevant laws and regulations at the local, state, and national level relating to employment and ensure organizational compliance
- Foster a positive work environment, and assist with resolving disputes, and managing employee-employer communication
Minimum Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position
- Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing HR functions across several locations
Proven ability to implement structure and improve workplace culture
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
