The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and managing the full lifecycle recruiting strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization. This role oversees the talent acquisition team, collaborates with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs, develops employer branding strategies, and implements best-in-class recruiting practices to support the company's growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals
Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure high performance and professional development
Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
Drive the use of data and analytics to assess recruiting metrics, improve processes, and report progress to leadership
Oversee recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts to enhance visibility and attract top candidates
Ensure a diverse, equitable, and inclusive recruitment process in alignment with company values
Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and technology platforms
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
US Citizenship is required and must be eligible to receive security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of building and scaling recruiting strategies in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and industry best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience recruiting for cleared positions (if applicable) is a plus
