The Human Resources team is seeking additional support due to increased workload and a team member currently on extended leave. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and organized HR Administrator to join our client's Human Resources department on a contract basis. This position plays a critical role in supporting HR operations, with a focus on leave administration, payroll support, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on leave of absence tracking (FMLA, ADA, parental, military, and other types of leave) Assist with benefits enrollment updates and employee communication regarding leave and accommodations Maintain and update employee information in HRIS systems Perform regular data entry and documentation management tasks Support bi-weekly payroll processing and coordination Communicate with employees and HR partners regarding leave processes and eligibility Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications: 1-3 years of Human Resources or administrative experience required Proficiency with Excel (spreadsheets and data organization are essential) Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Oracle, Kronos, or ServiceNow preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision Additional Details: Contract Duration: 3-6 months Role is primarily remote, with minimal on-site attendance (1-2 times/month) Business casual attire required when reporting on-site A full pre-employment screening process is required (including vaccinations, physical exam, drug screening, and background check) Perks: Work-from-home flexibility Opportunity to support a respected healthcare organization Valuable experience in HR administration and compliance Collaborative and supportive HR team environment Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
