What you will do
The Training Supervisor is responsible for assessing, designing and providing fucntional knowledge to employess regarding our HVAC manufacturing processes. You will be goal driven, and have the ability to step back and look at the bigger picture You will be able to manage ambiguity and possess a preparedness to get involved. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and a passion for developing team members.
How you will do it
Implement training programs for manufacturing staff, focusing on skills development and operational efficiency; to include training materials, and electronic job instructions.
Work with and lead a team of Technical Trainers and a Training Specialist; providing performance feedback and coaching to individual team members.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Facilitate process changes and implementation via onboarding training, OJT and refresher training.
Identify and build metrics / analytics to measure training effectiveness and knowledge retention
Responsible for design, creation, audit and maintenance of all training content.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and development.
What we look for
Required
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience managing a training team
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of employees.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with non-exempt and no-exempt employees
Manufacturing experience
Preferred
Multi-shift manufacturing experience preferred
