This is a HYBRID work arrangement.
Key responsibilities:
- Update current recruiting procedures and design new ones for improved efficiency
- Supervise the recruitment team and regularly report on performance metrics.
- Recommend and implement strategies to improve our employer brand and candidate experience.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through creative and effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize traditional and digital sourcing methods including job boards, networking, social media, and cold outreach.
- Coordinate with department heads to anticipate future hiring needs.Advise hiring managers on interview best practices and support them through the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely submission of recruitment reports and keep track of key hiring metrics.
- Stay updated on labor laws and inform relevant stakeholders about regulation changes.
- Ensure all employee hiring and management activities align with company policies and plans.
- Represent the company at job fairs and build strategic partnerships with colleges, HR organizations, and industry professionals.
Qualifications To be successful in the role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related discipline
- With at least 10 years of experience in recruitment and 2 years in Supervisory role
- Must have experience in client management
- Must have solid experience in sourcing active and passive candidates via job portals, social media, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work in Planate Subic office
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, Canva and applicant tracking system.
