We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Employee Experience Representative to join our Human Resources Operations Center. This role primarily supports tactical HR processes, providing comprehensive assistance to employees and HR teams on key transactions and inquiries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service and improving HR operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage local document systems and prepare complex HR-related documents and reports.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends that support business performance and employee engagement.
  • Process a wide range of HR data tasks, providing guidance and resolving complex queries related to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate payroll data, prepare payroll submissions, manual payments, and reports.
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to improve processes and ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and propose solutions to enhance HR support services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to adapt and implement changes to support key HR processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Basic understanding of payroll management and data control.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HR processes or HR operations roles.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, especially SuccessFactors modules such as Learning Administration, Employee Profile, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
