HR Business Partner - Bilingual

Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000

Trulite is GROWING! We are looking for an Bilingual HR Business Partner . This position will support our Salt Lake City, UT and Tulsa, OK branches.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to the Operations Managers in aligning business objectives with employee management strategies. The HRBP will work closely with department heads to develop and implement HR solutions that support the overall business strategy. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying HR-related needs, managing employee relations, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Who You Are:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Operation leaders, aligning HR support with business objectives.
  • Anticipate change and accomplish sound organizational development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Manage HR implications of organizational changes and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Lead recruitment for key roles, ensuring diversity and a qualified talent pool.
  • Develop and implement talent management initiatives, including performance management and leadership development.
  • Partner with managers to create personalized development plans that align with business goals.
  • Address complex employee relations issues, promote open communication, and conduct investigations into complaints.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures within all site departments and stay updated on labor laws for compliance guidance.
  • Monitor workforce trends (e.g., turnover rates, employee engagement) and report findings to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the compensation team to maintain competitive salary structures and advise on benefits programs.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion by developing programs that support these goals and foster an inclusive workplace.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, seeking opportunities to enhance HR processes and align them with business objectives.

Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience , with at least 3 years in a business partner role, preferably within Manufacturing Sales or Corporate environments.
  • Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management strategies.
  • Proficient in organizational development and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
