Our client, a dynamic leader in the manufacturing industry , is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team, working hybrid schedule, in Maplewood, MN . As an HR Coordinator, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a curious nature which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Maplewood, MN (Hybrid, 2-3 days on site)

Pay Range: $21-22/HR

Contract Duration: 12-Months, potential to extend and/ore convert to perm.

Job Function:

  • Provide professional support and customer service to project teams and IT to resolve internal and external questions.
  • Assist users with system navigation and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve errors in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Talent Marketplace systems, escalating to other departments as necessary.
  • Support the team with special projects relating to talent and learning initiatives.
  • Participate actively on project teams as assigned, assisting in communications and training activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience using SumTotal LMS or other complex LMS systems.
  • Experience with Talent Marketplace systems, especially Fuel50.
  • Experience supporting Workday applications.
  • A minimum of a 2-year degree or 5 years of relevant on-the-job experience.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for serving a variety of clients.
