OverviewThe Product Safety team is currently looking for an Associate supporting specific functions in the safety and efficacy processes and departmental execution of regular complexity and/or volume projects. Provide specific roles within departmental processes relative to specific skills.
Responsibilities Project Execution and Technical Readiness- Responsible for supporting specific program categories
- Complete system processes: Safety Database, System/Study Trackers
- Follow departmental SOPs and support SOP drafting and revision activities
- Responsible for individual functional departmental metrics and supporting continuous improvement opportunities
- Support senior associates in coordinating and placing safety and efficacy studies.
- Gain understanding of Good Clinical Practice guidelines, CRO monitoring and auditing processes and assists team as needed
- Support budget process and assist with administration of POs and invoices as needed
- Support CRO and budget management documentation needs
- Review study data, archive study reports, and communicate study results to team members and cross functional teams
- Assist with study designs and execution
- Ensuring efficient & on-cost accountability for assigned categories
- Coordinate and support testing logistics. Collect data and record into testing database.
- Support tracking of project achievements
- Support issues resolution and collaborate with test labs to facilitate testing as needed.
- Support testing discussions with cross functional partners and CROs
- Support research initiatives to establish testing process
- 2-5 years of experience in a formula-based consumer goods industry (cosmetics, personal care and cosmetic-drugs preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- Demonstrate ability to work optimally within a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent experience
