Job Description


Kforce has a client that is seeking an HR Assistant in Chantilly, VA.

Duties Include:

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientation sessions
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Assist with the coordination of employee training and development programs
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience with Concur or similar travel management systems is a plus
