Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Compensation: $78,000 $90,000 annually (based on experience)

Our facility in Mocksville, NC supports a fast-paced production and warehouse operation that plays a critical role in homebuilding projects across the region.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Safety Supervisor to lead workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. This individual will play a key role in promoting a safety-first culture, conducting training, leading investigations, and driving continuous improvement across all departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs aligned with OSHA and internal standards
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards
Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans
Maintain accurate records of incidents, trainings, inspections, and regulatory documentation
Provide employee training on equipment use, PPE, emergency response, and safety best practices
Coordinate and facilitate regular safety committee meetings with warehouse and production staff
Oversee the handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials (HazMat) in compliance with regulations
Monitor daily operations to identify and recommend engineering or administrative safety controls
Collaborate with HR and operations on return-to-work programs and workers compensation management
Stay current on occupational health and safety trends and regulatory changes
Promote a proactive and consistent safety culture across all shifts and departments
Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
24 years of safety management experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
OSHA 30 certification required; CSP, ASP, or other safety credentials preferred
Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and related safety regulations
Experience with safety management systems (SMS), incident tracking, and reporting software
Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills
Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
