What You'll Do:
We're looking for a motivated and curious Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational recruiting skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You'll support a wide range of sourcing and outreach efforts, helping identify top talent and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source, screen, and recruit candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.)
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit
Coordinate interview logistics and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams
Support employer branding and outreach through email campaigns and social media
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Promote BOAB's culture, values, and commitment to excellence in every interaction
Qualifications:
Must be local to the DC, MD, VA area
U.S. Citizenship is required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field OR 1+ years of recruiting, sales, or administrative experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized with great attention to detail and follow-through
Self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Additional Details:
Hands-on experience in recruiting, consulting, and investment operations
Direct mentorship and collaboration with experienced professionals
Exposure to high-impact industries including tech, defense, and national security
Clear path for growth within a mission-driven and agile team
