Compensation: $52,000 Base Salary + Bonus

About the Role:

What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the Recruiting Manager to learn and implement full-cycle recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, ATS/CRM tools, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate fit
- Build strong candidate relationships and provide a supportive experience
- Manage and track candidate movement using our ATS system
- Partner with internal team members to ensure timely candidate submissions and hiring manager updates
- Utilize AI tools to streamline sourcing, enhance candidate outreach, and improve overall recruiting
- Support scheduling, documentation collection, and onboarding processes
- Participate in recruitment meetings, reporting, and brainstorming sessions
- Learn the ropes of credentialing, compliance, and the healthcare recruiting lifecycle
What We’re Looking For:
- Eager to make outbound calls and build real relationships
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or leadership roles a plus
- Coachable with a strong willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented and receptive to feedback
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for sourcing and networking
- Familiar with AI (Artificial Intelligence) products and concepts
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRMs is helpful, but not required
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or as a recruiting coordinator preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
