Job Description
We are hiring a Staffing Coordinator in Cherry Hill, NJ!
A Skilled Nursing Facility in Cherry Hill, NJ, is looking for a dedicated Staffing Coordinator with prior experience in HR or staffing within a nursing home setting.
DUTIES:
Coordinate all payroll timecards and issues by acting as the payroll liaison between the Payroll Department and the facility.
Serve as the liaison between the Payroll Department and Benefits Administrator to coordinate all employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with the Department of Labor and Department of Health for all new hires, including time-clock enrollment, criminal background checks/reference checks, and license verification.
Manage recruitment needs, determine open positions, screen, and interview applicants.
Participate in facility management meetings as required.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have prior experience in an HR or staffing setting.
Background or degree in HR strongly preferred.
Knowledge of human resource administration.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
