salary: $38 - $40 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Sourcing Specialist, job duties include:

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand workforce needs and job requirements.

  • Source and attract top talent through innovative strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, resume databases).

  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates for current and future roles.

  • Conduct market research to evaluate talent supply/demand, competitor intelligence, and sourcing trends.

  • Support diversity initiatives through strategic outreach, including partnerships with programs like US Army PaYS and employee resource groups.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ corporate recruiting experience , with a focus on professional and management-level positions.
  • At least 3 years’ experience using ATS systems and digital recruiting platforms.
  • Ability to manage relationships and coach stakeholders.
