What Youll Do:
Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS support (password resets, access issues, troubleshooting)
Monitor, triage, and escalate system issues as needed
Run reports, analyze data, and support regular data audits
Assist with system testing, updates, and basic configurations
Document processes and maintain user-friendly guides
Partner with HR and IT to enhance the employee experience
What You Bring:
Strong attention to detail and a passion for accurate data
Curiosity and a desire to learn systems and tech tools
Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High level of integrity when handling confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; interest in reporting tools is a plus
Bonus: Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, ADP, or Workday
