**Job Summary**

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst III helps the HR Shared Service Center (SSC) and Business Leaders with research. This position acts as a liaison between the external customer, Business Leaders, and HRIS teams. It ensures data integrity within the HRIS Platform and maintains Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at or above standards. The role also aims to improve quality and customer experience.

**SALARY**

The pay range for this position is $47.05 (entry-level qualifications) - $72.93 (highly experienced) The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidates specific qualifications and prior experience

**Essential Functions of the Role**

+ Serves as subject matter experienced for SSC staff in judgment making processes related to all HR operational disciplines.

+ Serves as a liaison between HRIS IS, Business Leaders for HRIS platform updates, new configuration and business rule changes.

+ Partners with cross-functional SMEs for system optimizations. Requires lower-level supervision from senior HRIS team and management.

+ Manages data integrity, testing, and implementation of Business Leaders programs in the HR platform. Provides thorough data study for project implementations.

+ Manages system testing efforts and liaise with HRIS and the Business Leaders to resolve any defects.

+ Possesses an excellent knowledge of both technical and user-facing sides of HR systems.

+ Demonstrates the ability to create functional design for development as needed by the business

+ Possesses a sound work ethic for working with confidential information.

+ Partners with internal HR teams to establish resolution for gaps in processes, additional audit needs and interface errors.

+ Reviews SSC knowledge base to maintain working knowledge of all HR applications.

**Key Success Factors**

+ Exceptional knowledge of Human Resources operations and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

+ Exceptional technical skills to include Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

+ Exceptional attention to detail.

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

+ Excellent customer service skills and excellent problem solving skills.

+ Ability to manage many priorities efficiently.

+ Able to maintain confidentiality of delicate information.

+ Ability to present formal information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees.

+ EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification

+ EXPERIENCE - 5 Years of Experience
