Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Winchester, VA and Vienna, VA
Schedule Type: Hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in office.
Responsibilities:
Create accurate, engaging job postings compliant with EEOC standards and AAP regulations
Sort resumes and maintain applicant tracking system in a high-volume environment
Schedule initial phone screenings and coordinate on-site interviews
Arrange candidate travel and verify employment, education, references, and credit eligibility
Maintain organized hardcopy and digital files and records
Collect, prepare, and maintain data for analysis, reports, and reference
Complete data entry in automated systems and generate reports
Review new hire paperwork and resolve discrepancies with candidates
Research operational issues and implement solutions to improve standards and results
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
Utilize Microsoft Teams and Office applications effectively
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as Administrator/Coordinator within Human Resources or related field
Equivalent combination of experience, education, and training considered
Experience with Fieldglass System (desired)
Experience with HireRight (desired)
