As a key player in our company, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and the individuals we serve.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Attend job fairs and networking events to source top talent
• Conduct full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Required Skills:

• Experience in conducting interviews and background checks
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Knowledge of staffing and acquisition processes

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Background in military recruitment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $25,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
