Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and proven organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Coordinator
**Location: Remote (must reside within 50 miles of Columbus, OH or Tulsa, OK)**
**Pay Range:** $26/hr.
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide overall support in all functional areas of the Talent Acquisition department, from scheduling interviews to onboarding candidates.
+ Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure an efficient, effective, and compliant staffing process delivering a positive candidate experience.
+ Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, managers, and interview teams.
+ Initiate and shepherd candidates through the hiring process, ensuring applications and new hire paperwork are completed accurately and timely.
+ Conduct new hire orientation and monitor background check results.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or GED (Associate's degree in a related area preferred).
+ 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area, with knowledge of human resources recruiting policies and procedures.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and recruiting technologies (ATS).
+ Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
