The Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) partners with leaders in multiple areas of the business to deliver people solutions that support the company's overall strategy. This key role will help identify, prioritize, and build HR capabilities that support the business needs. The HRBP will partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning, Organizational Development, and HR Operations. This a Remote Regional position, the ideal candidate will reside within the Central Ohio area. Primary Responsibilities: Builds and maintains a thorough understanding of the business and business strategy; builds strong relationships with business leaders. Provides ongoing support/recommendations to assigned business leaders as needed/appropriate. Coach and develop people leaders to become more effective. Support, implement and sustain Human Resource strategies, programs, and initiatives to attract, develop and retain the very best people. Actively identifies gaps and opportunities within respective business units, propose and implement changes when necessary. Provide consulting and guidance to the leadership team on issues related to their people resources, including employee relations, development, and engagement. Consult with business unit on organizational structure and compensation changes including promotions, and adjustments. Support change management projects and communication strategies. Partner and lead internal HR projects focused on process improvement. Establish and measure key people metrics that are aligned with business goals. Required Skills: Proven ability to design and develop HR strategies to support business goals. Effective at communicating and building trust with employees at all levels of the organization. Ability to act with integrity in resolving issues and dealing with confidential matters. Highly motivated and action-oriented individual. Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong, positive working relationships across the organization. Exceptional judgment demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collect, analyze, and report on data to identify trends and provide recommendations. Strong influencing and leadership skills with the ability to challenge decisions and facilitate change. Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources SPHR/PHR Certification is a plus Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Unfortunately, a current or future need for sponsorship is not supported or available for this position. Salary Range: $127,480.00 - $203,970.00 *This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
