Risk Manger

A publicly traded health care company in Chicago is looking to hire a Risk Manager to oversee their growing portfolio. Ideal candidates should be ambitious, tech literate, and experienced in the field of insurance risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal and external teams to monitor claims and insurance-related litigation.
• Assist with the review and analysis of insurance policies and related contracts.
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce the frequency and severity of claims while optimizing operational efficiencies and safety policies.
• Manage communications between insurers, brokers, internal teams, and business partners relating to insurer review of plans, specifications, and other construction-related activity.
• Oversee a team of Risk Analysts.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of risk management experience
• Experience working with a RMIS
• ARM designation or advanced degree (preferred)
• Experience managing a team (preferred)
