An employer is looking for a highly skilled full life cycle recruiter to join one of our largest national general contractor clients for a hybrid opportunity. This client has offices in downtown Minneapolis, and Chicago, therefore you must be comfortable going into the office 3 days a week (typically Tues - Thurs). You'll be joining a growing team and working with hiring managers and candidates in order to make internal placements. This is a full life cycle role; therefore, this includes sourcing, screening and vetting candidates for upcoming openings. This leader is looking to build an in-house team focused on identifying and placing individuals from a military background, therefore any prior experience working with veterans or making military placements will help you be successful on this team. This team recently implemented Workday, therefore any prior Workday experience will give you a leg up.
