About the Role

The Recruiter plays a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support Pro Chems continued growth and success. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to collaborating with hiring managers and promoting job openings. The ideal candidate is organized, goal-oriented, and committed to aligning recruitment strategies with the companys mission and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source qualified candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
  • Manage and execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and extending offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
  • Develop and implement effective job advertising strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with Pro Chems culture, values, and strategic goals
  • Facilitate a positive candidate experience and represent the company professionally throughout the hiring process
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to track progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and employment laws relevant to recruiting

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
  • Experience recruiting in the industrial or manufacturing sector
  • Knowledge of the industrial maintenance industry and related roles

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to evaluate and assess candidates effectively
  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen and have a clean driving record.
