About the Role

The EOS Training and Program Manager is responsible for supporting the full implementation, adoption, and consistency of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) across Stellar Senior Living. This role ensures that our leadership teams both at the community and Resource Center are using EOS tools correctly and effectively, allowing us to stay focused, aligned, and accountable to our company vision and goals.

This is a key support and coaching role. The EOS Specialist will not serve as an outside EOS Implementer but will act as an internal champion and enabler of EOS execution, working cross-functionally with leaders to strengthen EOS practices company-wide.

What You'll Do

Meeting Support & EOS Execution

  • Ensure consistent execution of Level 10 Meetings (L10s) for community leadership teams and RC teams.
  • Support Quarterly and Annual Planning sessions (agenda prep, materials, best practices guidance, follow-up).
  • Provide facilitation assistance or backup for L10s and planning meetings when needed.
  • Monitor meeting health and adherence to EOS standards (timeliness, IDS process, scorecard use).

Tool Ownership & Support

  • Maintain and standardize key EOS tools (currently within Strety):
    • Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO)
    • Accountability Charts
    • Department Scorecards
    • Issues Lists
    • Rocks and To-Dos
    • Ensure data is regularly updated and accessible to relevant teams.
    • Train teams on how to use EOS platform (Strety) effectively.

Training, Onboarding & Coaching

  • Complete Day One trainings for newly onboarded communities.
  • Onboard new leaders and departments into the EOS system.
  • Provide EOS training refreshers and resources to existing teams.
  • Coach teams on EOS best practices, tool usage, and leadership team health.

Tracking & Visibility

  • Monitor completion rates for Rocks, To-Dos, and Scorecard metrics across departments.
  • Provide reports or insights to Integrators and the Leadership Team on EOS execution across the org.
  • Help identify gaps, misalignments, or breakdowns in process and propose EOSaligned solutions.

Success Metrics

  • Weekly L10s are being held consistently with full team participation. (Current goal of 95% of communities with Stellar 6+ months)
  • 90%+ Rock completion across teams each quarter.
  • EOS tools (V/TO, Scorecards, Accountability Charts) are current and actively used.
  • New leaders are onboarded into EOS within 2 weeks of starting.
  • Quarterly and Annual sessions are executed with proper planning, follow-through, and team alignment

What You'll Bring

  • EOS Knowledge: Hands-on experience with EOS tools and practices, or a similar system like Scaling Up, OKRs, or 4DX.
  • Project or Admin Experience: 23+ years in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles. A degree is optional with strong relevant experience.
  • Meeting & Process Support: Skilled in managing agendas, tracking action items, and supporting effective team meetings.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using platforms like Strety, Ninety.io, or general project management and dashboard tools.
  • Strong Communicator: Clear and professional in both written and verbal communication; able to coach and guide others.
  • Detail-Oriented: Sharp eye for inconsistencies, with a knack for spotting gaps and keeping processes on track.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive, organized, and dependable you follow through and take ownership.
