Corporate Recruiter

Our client, a leader in the talent acquisition industry, is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their team. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various hiring teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high sense of urgency, and proven problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Corporate Recruiter

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $32 per hour
(must be a USC/Green Card Holder for this role)

What's the Job?

• Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience through all talent acquisition touch points and enhance the company brand.
• Screen applications and resumes and conduct phone screens for high-volume roles.
• Partner with TA Coordinators to facilitate interview scheduling and communication details to candidates and hiring managers.
• Extend offers and manage the acceptance process through the recruiting system.
• Ensure recruitment activity and reporting is updated accurately and timely within the applicant tracking system.

What's Needed?

• Associate Degree preferred.
• 3 plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Recruiting experience in a corporate and agency environment preferred.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
