**What Youll Be Doing:**
We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Senior Clinical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles across our organization. This role is critical to ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top-tier clinical talent aligned with our mission to deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in healthcare recruitment, a passion for candidate experience, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to meet evolving workforce needs.
The Senior Clinical Recruiter partners cross-functionally with clinical leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals. This role supports workforce planning, enhances employer branding, leverages data for smarter hiring, and contributes to talent development initiatives, ensuring a seamless, strategic approach to building a high-performing clinical workforce.
**What youll be doing:**
Bringing advanced pre-recruitment activities to the requisition kick off. This may include reviewing and editing job descriptions based on market research and analysis regarding market talent availability. Making recommendations for any adjustments needed.
Managing requisition kick-off process, including collaborating with the hiring manager to establish and document the Interview Game Plan, and ensuring all relevant information is shared with all selection team participants through coordinated communication efforts.
Transforming job descriptions into targeted job advertisements designed to attract the desired talent. Using knowledge and discretion, managing job postings and direct sourcing efforts across different platforms and resources to ensure a viable, well qualified candidates enter the top of the recruitment funnel.
Exercise of sophisticated sourcing strategies across different social media platforms. This also includes sourcing internal candidates. Building and maintain well qualified candidate pools for both immediate needs and potential future hires.
Reviewing and short-listing prospects and applicants through effective advanced screening tactics to ensure knowledge, skill, experience and culture alignment is on target.
Driving the interview process, in alignment with the Interview Game Plan, with a sense of urgency and an abundance of communication to all key stakeholders for regular updates. This may include drafting/ creating sophisticated interview guides or other tools to be leveraged by different stakeholders.
Managing all stakeholder expectations by providing appropriate consultation, coaching and advisement. This may include building influential relationships to help shape perspective and outcomes. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Talent Partners, Compensation, and Diversity teams). Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates and managing the administrative business process as designed.
Managing data and complying with designed workflow process in the ATS (Workday), ensure adherence to Recruiting Operations processes, and comply with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities.
Mentors and coaches more junior level team members.
**Key Skills/ Experiences:**
Bachelors degree + 6 years of recruitment experience OR 8+ years of recruitment experience with no Bachelors degree.
Advanced experience managing a complex recruitment life cycle in an ATS, preferably Workday.
Proven experience in candidate evaluation and assessment across a variety of domains and experience levels and leveraging different methodologies with a strong focus on Quality of Hire.
Advanced knowledge and utilization of modern recruitment practices and concepts including recruitment marketing, direct sourcing, managing talent pipelines, hiring forecasting.
Knowledgeable about modern recruitment technology including LinkedIn Recruiter (and other candidate-based platforms), one-way interview technology, an understanding of emerging recruitment technologies.
Expert stakeholder management skills, ability to influence decision making with a consultative approach.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $85,000-$100,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
