Title: Director of Human Resources
Location: Central Eastside, Portland, OR (5 Days On-Site)
Salary: Up to $150,000 Base Salary, DOE + Comprehensive Benefits

Qualifications for Success:

• 6-7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior HR role.
• 2-3+ years of recent experience within the Restaurants, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality industry is required.
• Strong expertise in multi-state labor law compliance is essential.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
