Our client, a leader in the Talent Acquisition industry, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Parsippany, New Jersey
Pay Range: $81.73 per hour
What's the Job?
Assist in the development of an annual recruitment strategy for North America business.
Lead and collaborate on key Talent Acquisition strategic initiative projects, working cross-functionally within all NA Global Business Units.
Oversee recruitment activities of the team, ensuring achievement of KPIs.
Directly recruit on active roles, including SMT level and confidential roles; provide full life-cycle recruiting for assigned client groups.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved with recruitment needs, partnering with leadership within the business and HR.
What's Needed?
Bachelors degree preferred; minimum of 10 years experience within talent acquisition.
Self-starter, who is flexible and adaptable to constant change and has the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Comprehensive behavioral-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Strong consultative and influencing skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels.
Proven track record of strong team leadership skills.
