A Brief Overview
The Seasonal Recruiter is primarily accountable for executing the full life cycle recruitment process. This role consults with hiring managers to deliver on creative and effective staffing solutions while providing a positive customer experience for internal and external candidates.

What you will do

• Manages requisitions to support open positions. Reviews resumes that correlate to the job skills required within open requisitions and hiring platforms (Workday, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Sources candidates by way of building connections within the community, supports hiring on new platforms, utilizes new resources for ongoing candidate review. Proactively builds candidate pipeline and seeks to strengthen employer brand.

• Establishes correspondence with potential candidates through various communication channels. Conducts initial qualifying questions in addition to reviewing the role, responsibilities, and expectations with potential candidate.

• Presents candidate recommendations to hiring managers. Identifies characteristics or skills that make them a qualified candidate. Facilitates the interview scheduling process with the candidate and hiring manager.

• Consistently meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure recruitment goals and timelines are achieved.

• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, including legal compliance

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Required

• 2+ years of experience in the recruiting field Preferred
