Position Summary: Dynamic Aviation is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to support our Human Resources Department by coordinating and leading full-cycle recruiting activities for employment opportunities across the organization. This role plays a critical part in attracting, engaging, and onboarding high-quality talent while serving as a positive ambassador for Dynamic Aviation.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and facilitate all stages of the recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, resume review, phone screening, interviewing, evaluation, selection, and onboardingPartner closely with hiring managers to guide and support the hiring processDevelop and implement efficient recruiting strategies based on role requirements, industry standards and organizational needsServe as a trusted advisor with strong emotional intelligence, providing guidance and support to candidates, hiring managers and employeesTravel to and participate in recruiting events; serve as a primary contact to schools and workforce programs as neededNegotiate offers and prepare offer lettersAssist HR Business Partners in drafting job descriptions and defining hiring criteriaCoordinate, schedule and lead strategy meetings with hiring managers and HR Business PartnersUtilize multiple platforms and resources to advertise and promote open positions and the organizationAct as a brand ambassador by promoting company culture, operations and career opportunitiesMaintain HRIS records and personnel files in compliance with legal and company standardsSupport initial onboarding activities for new employeesDeliver excellent customer service to internal and external customersTrack and report recruiting metrics weekly, monthly and as requestedBuild and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring processOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, OR 2-3 years of relevant recruiting/HR experience in lieu of a degreeMinimum of two years of professional recruiting experienceExperience handling sensitive and confidential information in an office settingHigh degree of professional ethics, a sense of fairness, and the ability to work with individuals at all levelsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Aviation recruiting experienceCustomer service experienceExperience with Dayforce HRIS

Additional Requirements

Ability to travel for career fairs and recruiting events as needed

Working Conditions

Monday- Friday 8 AM- 5 PM
