In this senior HR leadership role, you will align people strategy with business goals, elevate the employee experience, and lead a team of Campus HR Managers to ensure consistent, highquality HR practices across all sites. Youll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, a champion for engagement and culture, and a key architect of workforce planning, organizational design, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
MultiSite HR Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop three Campus HR Managers, fostering consistency in HR practices, decisionmaking, and employee support across all locations.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
- Conduct regular campus visits to maintain alignment, strengthen relationships, and support leaders.
- Partner closely with the HR Director, VP of HR & Administration, and all site HR teams to ensure unified HR standards and processes across campuses.
- Guide and coach managers in effectively applying HR policies and leading their teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and processes across all KMA sites.
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiativesincluding spans and layers analysis, role design, and headcount planning aligned with growth objectives.
- Own or coown the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and strong user adoption.
- Work with HRIS and IT on enhancements, integrations, and system rollouts.
- Support compensation activities including job grading, market pricing, salary recommendations, and annual comp cycle processes for sitelevel positions.
Strategic HR Alignment
- Translate business goals into people strategies that directly support operational success and longterm workforce planning.
- Analyze labor trends, staffing needs, and cost drivers to inform leadership decisions.
- Partner with site and functional leaders to anticipate talent needs and support organizational growth and capability building.
Engagement & Culture
- Lead the endtoend engagement process, including communications, survey execution, and reporting.
- Present engagement insights to leadership teams, highlighting strengths, opportunities, and sitespecific trends.
- Drive actionplanning efforts across campuses to improve engagement, communication, and organizational culture.
Compliance, Auditing & HR Operations
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and employment law compliance across all sites.
- Conduct regular audits focused on documentation, investigations, onboarding, training, and recordkeeping.
- Partner with Safety and site leadership to reinforce compliance and safe work practices.
- Contribute to HR projects, organizational initiatives, and process improvements led by the HR Director.
Talent, Development & CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with Recruiting, Learning & Development, and Payroll/Benefits to deliver a seamless, highquality HR experience.
- Support performance management, leadership development, onboarding enhancements, and succession planning.
- Strengthen manager capability through coaching, communication, and consistent culturebuilding practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR management experience, including coaching leaders and managing complex employee relations.
- 5+ years of multisite HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR professionals.
- Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills.
- Exceptional communication, relationshipbuilding, and influencing abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree (MBA or related field).
- Experience in a nonunion manufacturing environment.
- Experience standardizing HR processes across multiple locations.
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
