As a Contract RPO Recruiter, you will deliver full-cycle recruiting support for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients by sourcing, evaluating, and placing top talent in direct-hire roles. This is a full-time temporary opportunity.

Essential Functions
- Recruit, evaluate, and place candidates for direct-hire roles
- Partner with client stakeholders to meet hiring needs
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Prepare candidates and clients for interviews
- Conduct follow-ups post-interview
- Present offers, negotiate terms, and confirm start dates and compensation
- Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports for clients
- Contribute to recruitment best practices and process improvements
Work Environment and Physical Demands
