Where do you fit in?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to support daily HR operations and ensure efficient administration of HR policies, procedures, and employee programs. This role plays an important part in maintaining accurate records, supporting employees and supervisors, and assisting with key HR functions such as onboarding, recruiting, benefits, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide front office support by answering phones and greeting visitors
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment documents
- Support benefits administration and respond to employee benefit inquiries
- Coordinate and track employee training, certifications, and compliance requirements
- Assist with garnishments and medical support notices
- Prepare HR reports, audits, and documentation as requested
- Provide administrative support for employee relations matters
- Assist with policy communication and ensure consistent application of company policies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Handle employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 24 years of administrative or HR support experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Human Resources administration
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices
