Overview

Adecco is partnering with a global logisticsanization seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support both onsite andpany?wide HR functions. This role operates in a dual?layer capacity: working closely with onsite warehouse teams while also supporting broader corporate HR initiatives across payroll, HRIS management, analytics, employee programming, and employee relations.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being deeply connected to day?to?day operations while also influencing strategic HR initiatives across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

HR Partnership & Employee Relations

Partner with designated client groups to execute defined HR strategies.

Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to all levels of employees.

Support managers and supervisors with employee relations issues including performance management, disciplinary actions, labor matters, and supervisory development.

Conduct or assist in investigations and provide timely rmendations.

Engage employees at all levels through onsite activities, meetings, and support.

HR Operations & HRIS

Process and report bi?weekly payroll.

Update, maintain, and audit data within the UKG HRIS system.

Maximize accuracy and efficiency across new hires, transfers, promotions, separations, and all related documentation.

Managepliance with ISO, OSHA, AA/EEO, and other regulatory standards.

Talent & Workforce Management

Support onsite talent acquisition needs, onboarding, and employment processing.

Participate in training and development programs.

Assist withpensation, workforce analytics, and special HR projects.

Lead administration of UIA, LOA, and Workers' Compensation.

Compliance & ing

Ensurepliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Prepare HR reports by collecting and analyzing relevant data.

Advise management on anticipated legislative impacts and required actions.

Required Skills & Competencies

Change Management: Embraces new initiatives and supports others through transitions.

Education & Experience

2+ years of experience in Human Resources.

Working knowledge of HR and payroll functions.

UKG experience preferred (orparable HRIS experience).

SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

Pay Details: $74,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
