Panel Recruitment Manager Department: Research Employment Type: Contract Location: New Jersey Reporting To: Michaela Perez Compensation: $70,000 / year Description Do you have experience building and maintaining participant databases? Are you looking to work with one of the world's leading CPG companies? We are looking for a Panel Recruitment Manager at one of our client sites in New Jersey! In this role you will build and manage consumer panels, oversee participant recruitment, and ensure all studies meet ethical and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain consumer databases Build multi-channel recruitment strategies. Develop and implement participant retention programs, engagement communication, and satisfaction tracking. Monitor recruitment metrics, panel growth KPIs, and demographic balance. Maintain secure storage and access controls for participant data. Track database performance metrics. Project recruitment and quota management Determine recruitment requirements based on study objectives, target audience, and sample design. Develop recruitment plans and timelines for each project. Review screeners to ensure alignment with study inclusion/exclusion criteria. Conduct screenings, verifying demographics, past participation, allergies, and required behaviors. Communicate recruitment and quota status updates to relevant stakeholders, flagging risks and recommending solutions. Ensure accurate incentive distribution, consent tracking, and poststudy reconciliation of recruited vs. required quotas. IRB Compliance Manage Institutional Review Board documentation and submissions for compliance (training can be provided). Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Consumer Science, Food Science, Sensory Science, Psychology). Experience in participant recruitment and database management. Knowledge of IRB processes and compliance standards are preferable. Strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills. Good attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive data.
