Henderson, KY 42420 Vacancy ID 20252026 - 05362 Position Category Director of District Personnel Title Director of Human Resources Description MUNIS Code: 0100 Job Details: The Director will organize, plan, direct and implement the District's Human Resources programs and activities including employment, compensation, negotiations, employee relations, employee benefits and employee assistance; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel. The Board of Education may, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, appoint a Director of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources shall be a 240 day contract. The Director will be directly responsible to the Superintendent. Salary commensurate with years of teaching experience and rank. Qualifications: The Director of Human Resources must have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree. Preference will be given to those with Kentucky teaching and/or educational leadership certifications. Administrative/supervisory experience and relevant educational background and work experience are important and will be considered.
