Description of Job Duties:

• Phone calling prospective student-athletes from our database and as assigned by coaching staff.
• Provide information and advice about North Central College generally and specifically information about NCCs Cross Country and Track & Field teams.
• Assist in the creation of graphics for social media as it relates to student-athlete recruitment
• Assist with other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

1. Must be enrolled as a North Central College student.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills.
3. Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Dynamic personality.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
7. Understanding and Knowledge of Cross Country events.
