CORP - Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
On behalf of our HR client, Procom is searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client's Lehi, Utah office.
CORP - Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Job Description:
Join the Talent and Culture organization at NRG, where you will be part of a team focused on operational excellence and scalable hiring processes. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage complex interview scheduling for senior leadership and technical roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
CORP - Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end scheduling for senior-level and technical interviews, including executive panels and multi-day interview loops
Navigate complex calendar constraints and resolve scheduling conflicts
Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience for candidates and stakeholders
Coordinate candidate travel for onsite interviews and manage reimbursement processes
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and executive assistants to align on interview strategy
Maintain accurate interview and travel data within the Applicant Tracking System
Identify and implement process improvements in scheduling and travel workflows
CORP - Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or complex calendar management
Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity scheduling
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
CORP - Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience supporting executive-level hiring or technical recruiting
Experience coordinating candidate or corporate travel
Experience working with an ATS like SAP SuccessFactors
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
CORP - Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
