Responsibilities
- Able to work on site to help with compliance tasks such as 19 books
- General admin support
- Administer employee orientation programs and conduct regular employee evaluations to promote professional growth and engagement.
- Manage benefits administration tasks such as health insurance, retirement plans, workers' compensation, and leave management (FMLA), ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
- Support change management initiatives by assisting with organizational design, succession planning, and implementing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) solutions like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and fostering positive communication across teams.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry in systems such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro, ensuring data collection integrity for reporting and compliance purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and HR sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Kronos, or Taleo; experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Lever is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and discreetly.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
This is a temporary position 20-40 hours a week
Pay range is $25-30 an hour DOE
