Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Manager: Lead and manage a payroll team responsible for weekly, biweekly, and offcycle payrolls across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and ontime delivery. Oversee endtoend payroll operations , including salaries, hours worked, leave, accruals, deductions, garnishments, and proper tax treatment. Partner crossfunctionally with sales, field, revenue, and finance teams to improve data quality, streamline processes, and support scalable payroll systems. Manage payroll tax reporting, W2s, audits, and financial reporting requests . Drive process improvements and documentation , including maintaining and updating payroll policies and procedures. Support M&A activity by planning and overseeing payroll transitions and integrations.
