The primary function of this position is to interview applicants and fill vacant positions at TTBH. Will be responsible for scheduling interviews, interviewing to select the best qualified applicants and responsible for all paperwork associated with the interview process ensuring compliance with all employment related federal and state laws; will perform general HR functions within the hiring process which consists of providing assistance to the Employment Specialist on recruitment and staffing logistics and retention; will assist in gathering all required documentation needed to post vacant positions; will conduct fingerprint background clearances; will compile analytical reports regarding Human Resources operations; will prepare correspondence and technical reports as required; will be responsible for conducting periodic file audits; will interpret human resources policies and procedures; will assist with training activities; will perform related work as assigned. Work is performed with broad latitude for the exercise of initiative and independent judgment. Works under the supervision of the Human Resources Supervisor.
