Back To Results Human Resources Generalist Job Description Human Resources Generalist Location - Alpharetta, GA Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 per annum We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks, including the generation of offer letters, terminations, and new hire packets with insurance and benefits. Key Responsibilities: Generate offer letters and terminations for employees Prepare new hire packets, including insurance and benefits information Manage and maintain HR-related documentation and records Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee engagement and recognition programs Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR investigations Partner with other HR team members and business leaders to provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills If you are a results-driven HR professional with a passion for helping people, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
