Are you someone who has never met a stranger? Are you outgoing, energized by people-interaction, and love helping people in your local community? Are you excited by the opportunity to dive in head-first to learn grassroots recruiting and community relationship building?
Working with plant level leaders and local community outreach organizations, the Recruiting Coordinator will drive sourcing and community engagement efforts in the local area. You will have the opportunity to build and foster local community networks, interview, and engage the local workforce, and work with other organizations in the community to build better brand recognition in the market you support.
- Leader in food safety solutions for both contract sanitation and chemistry in the food processing industry.
- Over 10,000 dedicated team members across North America.
- Corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA with team members working in over 250 plants throughout North America.
- Over 50+ years of experience in creating long-lasting partnerships.

The Operations Recruiting Coordinator will be the local face of the organization when it comes to solving staffing needs. This requires networking capability, the ability to think outside the box, communication superstardom, strategic thinking, and fast action. Job duties include:
+ Develop sustainable partnerships with local community sources, colleges, military bases, and professional networks to source and recruit general labor hourly team members.
+ Attend and participate in key networking and recruiting events in the local community.
+ Partner with plant hiring managers
